Yea I think I experienced breakage when I washed my hair couple days ago :( I seen this video where it talked about leaving the conditioner on for a hour then comb your out in section with the conditioner still in. So I’m going to try that, I also wanna try the Creme of Nature with Argan oil shampoo.
My natural hair journey is rough this transition is not my cup of tea lol. So not use to this texture or how to take of my hair. When my hair was relaxed I could easily just wash, condition, and flat iron my hair. With my natural hair it’s alot harder to comb thru my hair, but after watchin some YouTube videos I think I have routine I’m going to try out. Hopefully that & a different brand of shampoo will work, cuz I’m tempted to perm my hair quick! Lol
